Nowadays, buyers can have an intimate look into your home they are interested in without ever leaving their couch. And buyers are doing their research, now more than ever before. Once they have narrowed down the search to their liking, they are immediately flipping through photos.

We will take pictures that represent all important angles of view of the object and that put the object in the correct light.

5. Feedback:within three business days after the receipt, you have the opportunity to review the pictures and come back to us with your feedback and additional comments.

Guidelines on how to prepare your property for a photo shoot:

1. Deep cleaning: Ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning windows, countertops, and appliances.

2. Declutter: Remove any unnecessary items, personal belongings, or distractions from each room. Clear countertops, tables, and shelves, leaving only minimal and tasteful decorations.

3. Depersonalize: Remove family photos, religious symbols, or any other personal items to create a neutral space that appeals to a broad audience.

4. Repair/touch-ups: Address any minor repairs, such as fixing chipped paint, replacing broken fixtures, or tightening loose doorknobs. Consider touching up walls or trim with a fresh coat of paint if needed.

5. Optimal lighting: Open curtains and blinds to let in as much natural light as possible. Replace any burnt-out bulbs and use bulbs with the same color temperature throughout the property for a consistent look.

6. Furniture arrangement: Arrange furniture in a way that highlights the functionality and spaciousness of each room. Avoid overcrowding spaces and ensure there is a clear walking path throughout the property.

7. Outdoor spaces: Tidy up the exterior by mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, raking leaves, and removing any debris. Set up outdoor furniture and add some colorful plants or flowers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

8. Highlight key features (optional): Showcase any unique or desirable features of the property, such as fireplaces, built-in shelves, or high-end appliances. Ensure these areas are clean, well-lit, and prominently displayed.

9. Final touches (optional): Add tasteful accents and decorations, such as throw pillows, area rugs, or artwork, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Set the dining table, place fresh towels in bathrooms, and make beds neatly to give the property a polished, lived-in feel.

10. Pets and personal items: Remove any evidence of pets, such as food bowls, toys, or litter boxes. Also, ensure vehicles are not parked in the driveway or directly in front of the property during the photoshoot.
